Welcome to my art
These galleries give examples of the type of work that represent my signature style of illustration, from Watercolour and Acrylic to Digital.
I am a freelance artist based in Kingston Upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire and studied at Hull College of Art for four years. Leaving college I worked in graphic design (packaging) for 25 enjoyable years and now paint mainly on a digital canvas and I'm passionately interested in capturing European life from everyday scenes from my many trips abroad with my wife Cheryl and Benji the labradoodle in our motorhome.
I lived in France for five years and whilst there had four successful exhibitions working with the Office du Tourisme.
Whilst endeavouring to develop a colourful and imaginative style I try and evoke an individual expression of my vision to emulate the mood and individual character of my subject matter.
All my digital images are for sale and commissions are welcomed.
